Car Reservation Information
When placing a call-in reservation for executive transportation with Rudy’s, please have the following information available & review our booking infographic for a visual of our process:
Passenger account name and/or account number, date, day, time
Trip pick-up address and telephone number
Destination: airport, airline, address
Type of service: Sedan, Executive Transporter Van, Executive Bus
Any special instructions
Your name and telephone number
To Place an Online Reservation: One must have a USER NAME & PASSWORD to access online reservations to place your trip reservation online at www.GoRudys.com or download our Go Rudy’s App through the App Store & Google Play. **Note: Customer Email is not monitored for Reservations.**
Cancellations & Changes – Must Be Called into the Office.
Do Not email Changes or Cancellations. Email is not accepted for Changes or Cancellations.
Wait Time – At locations the first 15 minutes will be free. Any time accumulated after the initial 15 minutes, will be billable to the account in increments of 15 minutes at the normal hourly rate of the car.
Cancellations are accepted by phone only. Do not email cancellations. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation MUST be made one hour prior to the Fairfield County pick-up time; two hours prior to the scheduled pickup time when the pick-up is to be made in NYC or at an airport. Vans require a 24 hour cancellation notice. No shows and cancel on locations will be charged accordingly. At the time of Cancellation, you will always be given a cancellation number for your records. It is the clients responsibility to retain the cancellation number. Should there be a dispute the cancellation number is required from the client, by Rudy’s, for verification of the cancellation. Rudy’s requires that all changes be received by phone two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Call 1-800-243-RUDY(7839) and our dispatchers will be happy to assist you. Rudy's Chauffeurs are attired in a white shirt and a red Rudy’s tie, holding a Rudy’s sign or your company name. We are in constant communication through phone and GPS with our chauffeurs, we will assist you in any way we can to make contact with your driver. Failure to call our office if contact cannot be made with our chauffeur will result in appropriate charge.
Rudy’s is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please remove items before leaving the car. If for any reason the customer cannot locate our chauffeur, it is the customer’s responsibility to call our office Toll Free 1-800-243-RUDY(7839) Rudy’s dispatchers are in constant communication with our chauffeurs and will be able to assist you. Failure to call our office if contact cannot be made will result in appropriate charges.
When a flight is delayed due to mechanical difficulties or bad weather or flight cancellation, we will attempt to contact someone for authorization to wait. However, Rudy’s will not abandon our clients at airports. We will wait until the flight arrives and charge accordingly unless we are told to dismiss the car. If the car is dismissed, charges will be from the airport to our office plus time, tolls and parking fees.
Up to the minute flight information is difficult to monitor on shuttles and one-hour flights. Please call Rudy’s office, as soon as possible for any known changes in arrival times, so we might adjust as necessary.
For Your Convenience
CURBSIDE PICKUP: For those times when you arrive at the airport without luggage. Request a Curbside Pickup, when you place your reservation. Upon your arrival, telephone Rudy’s dispatch center using Rudy’s toll free curbside pickup number at 866-678-3700, after you have notified the dispatcher that you are ready to leave the terminal for pickup, the dispatcher will then instruct you where to go meet your vehicle. Dispatch will radio your vehicle to pull up, with lights flashing, for your pickup. So that you may exit the airport to your destination.
Meeting your Rudy’s chauffeur
Look for the Rudy’s sign or your company name, whichever is appropriate.
Domestic Flights: Kennedy or LaGuardia – meet at the baggage area unless specified in advance.
International Flights: Meet at the Customs exit.
