Taking up 25 acres in Guilford,is one of the best places to go in Connecticut because it’s almost uninhabited. Waterford Beach Park

Located in Old Saybrook, this beautiful beach has a shoreline of around 100 feet and fine white sand that are perfect for building sandcastles. With a playground, food, lifeguard on duty between Memorial and Labor Day, showers, and public restrooms, this beach makes an excellent spot for parents and kids.
